SEXY Exotic
Category Focus
- Emphasises sensuality, femininity, and the classic Exotic style
- Combines both pole tricks and dance elements
- If a routine is focused only on sexy dance without tricks, the Floorwork category may be more suitable
Exotic FLOORWORK (with pole)
Category Focus
Any heels style may be included
- Pole tricks (Losing contact with the floor for more than 5 seconds) are NOT allowed
- Tricks initiated from the floor are allowed:
- Example: kick into a handspring or chopper and come back to the floor (Losing contact with the floor for less than 5 seconds)
- The trick does not need to stay in contact with the floor to count, but the lost contact cannot last longer than 5 seconds.
Exotic ART
Category Focus
- Performers may use any dance style, movement quality, or artistic direction
- The choreography may be:
- Different
- Unusual
- Creative
- Unconventional
- Emotional
- Theatrical
- The performance may tell a story, create an atmosphere, express emotions, or present an artistic concept
- The main focus is creativity, individuality, and artistic expression
- Pole tricks are still included and performed in this category
- This category has no specific style limitations
Exotic TRICKS
Category Focus
- This category is not focused on a hard or aggressive performance style
- The choreography does not need to be fast-paced or dynamic
- Performances can also be:
- Slow
- Fluid
- Flowy
- Designed for performers who enjoy incorporating a large number of tricks into their routines
- The performance cannot consist only of tricks:
- Dance elements must also be included

All these styles are divided into levels.
Levels
LITTLE PRINCESS
The only requirement for participation in this category is NO PODIUM IN EXOTIC COMPETITIONS. This category is for those with no previous experience or for beginners, regardless of how many years they have been training or whether they are instructors.
If you have achieved a podium finish in a related competition, such as pole art or pole sport, in the amateur category, you can still compete in Little Princess.
If you have achieved a podium finish in a related category (such as pole art or sport) in the semi-pro category or higher, you CANNOT COMPETE in Little Princess.
After winning this category, you can apply for subsequent competitions (other than the queen category) to the semi-pro category.
PRINCESS / PRINCESS 35+ / PRINCE
– This category is open to individuals with achievements in the amateur and semi-pro categories (including those who placed first in the semi-pro category).
– Individuals who have placed three or more times on the podium in the semi-pro category CANNOT compete in the Princess category. (If you have placed once on the podium, even if it was first place, you can still compete in the Princess category.)
– Individuals who have placed one time on the podium in the EXOTIC PROFESSIONAL category (regardless of the podium position achieved, podium places 1-3 count) CANNOT compete in the Princess category. (These individuals must submit an application for the QUEEN category.)
– If you have already competed in the Pro category but did not place one (and do not have three wins in the exotic semi-pro category), you can still apply for the Princess category. – Individuals who placed 2nd or 3rd in the Princess category (and this is their only achievement) can still compete in the Princess category.
– If an athlete has placed 2nd or 3rd in the Princess category and achieved at least two podium finishes in the semi-pro category at other competitions, they CANNOT compete in the Princess category (they must apply for the Queen category).
– Individuals who have placed 1st in the Princess category (regardless of whether they have other achievements) must apply for the QUEEN category.
Achievements in related categories, such as pole art or pole sport
– If you placed on the podium in a semi-pro or pro category in Pole Sport or Pole Art, you should apply for Princess.
– If you won 1st place in a pro category or placed on the podium in a category higher than pro, you must apply for Queen.
The Princess category is a mix of semi-pro and pro.
After winning this category, you must apply for other competitions in the pro or elite category (ask the organizer).
QUEEN / QUEEN 35+ / KING
– These are individuals who have already achieved podium finishes (places 1-3) in the Exotic Pro category or higher.
– Individuals who have already competed in the Elite or Stars category (even if they do not yet have any achievements, but have already competed in these categories) must apply for the Queen category.
– Individuals without any achievements may compete in the Queen category, but who feel their level is very high and want to compete with the best for the title of Queen and the opportunity to develop, such as judging competitions.
– If you have won 1st place in the Professional category in a related competition, such as pole art/sport, you must apply for the QUEEN category.
– If you have achieved podium finishes in the ELITE/STARS category in a related category, such as pole art/sport (even without winning anything in the exotic category), you must apply for the Queen category.

Category for women over 35 years of age (age 35 must be reached on the day of the competition). It is a mixed category, allowing you to choose the style you wish to represent. You will be judged using a scoring sheet adjusted to your selected style.
All scoring sheets have the same total points, but the focus varies based on the style. If you choose a sexy style, the choreography will be judged using the sexy scoring sheet. If you focus on tricks, a different scoring sheet will be used. The available styles are the same as in the Princess/Queen categories and include: Sexy, Tricks, Floorwork, Art and Open Style

Category for men. It is a mixed category, allowing you to choose the style you wish to represent. You will be judged using a scoring sheet adjusted to your selected style.

DUETS/GROUPS PRINCESSES
Duets with no victories
Duets/groups that have reached the podium (duet categories) three times advance to the pro duet/group category.
DUETS/GROUPS QUEENS
Duos/Groups with at least 3 podium finishes in the duo/group category
If a member of a duo/group includes a competitor competing in the queen, elite, or stars categories (regardless of whether they have any achievements as a duo/group), the duo/group must compete in the queen category.
Rules
- BASIC RULES
1.1 The participant must be over 18 years old (needs to have ID in the day of competition).
1.2 The participant can be from any country and can have any nationality.
1.3 The participant musn’t have medical contraindications to dance/sports.
1.4 During the day of competition participant must show valid Health Insurance (including accident insurance).
1.5 Video selection fee in non-refundable.
1.6 In case of refusal to participate for any reason, participation fee is non-refundable.
1.7 Participant should not be under the influence of narcotic substances or alcohol during performance.
1.8 It is forbidden to use sharp objects on stage.
1.9 It is allowed to use funds to improve adhesion like magnesia, „dry hands” or I-tac .
1.10 Organizers reserve the rule to disqualify the competitor who violated rules at any time during the competition.

• ELIMINATIONS
2.1 To take part in eliminations(semi -finals) it is necessary to send video, pay video-selection fee and send application form . On this base the finalist will be chosen .
2.2 To pay for video selection you need to transfer money to bank account country organizer .This is payment for video selection (not for participation). Each person who send application form needs to pay for video selection (if you participate in duets or group category – each participant needs to pay video selection fee) .
2.3 In application form you need to write:

Incompleted applications will not be considered
• FINAL
3.1 Finalists will be chosen during eliminations(point 2 in regulations).
3.2 Each person qualified to final needs to pay participation fee for each participant. It needs to be paid maximum 3 days after information about qualifying for the final. Information about participation fee in attachment below.If participant uses human props , also needs to pay for each one.

• COSTUME
4.1 Costume is choice of participant but nudity is forbidden. Participant can not wear strings or nipple stickers. Costume should cover all intimate places and should not open during moving. Exposure of intimate places during performance can lead to getting negative points.
4.2 It is allowed to perform in knee pads, gloves and other accessories .
4.3 Each participant needs to dance in heels for Exotic pole dance in any hight. It is forbidden to dance without shoes, in flat shoes or in shoes not intended for Exotic pole dance .

5.8 PENALTY POINTS
Penalty points for violating the rules: 0–10 points, awarded by the rules judge.
Penalty points in the floorwork category: 0–10 points for each prohibited move.
FLOORWORK category RULES
Trick Rules and Prohibited Moves in the Floorwork Category
Every move performed in this category must:

Maintain contact with the floor at all times (e.g. handstand), or
-
Start and finish on the floor. For example, a flip performed from the floor and landing back on the floor is allowed and will be scored as a floor trick.(condition: loss of contact with the floor lasted no longer than 5 seconds)

Transitions and moves that lose contact with the floor for a maximum of 5 seconds are also allowed. Any combination that remains without contact with the floor for longer than 5 seconds will be considered prohibited, and the competitor will receive penalty points for it.
A leg swing upward is allowed, meaning loss of contact in the air for up to 5 seconds, followed by contact with the floor and another lift-off of the legs, again for a maximum of 5 seconds.
After 5 seconds without contact with the floor, at least some part of the body must briefly touch the floor again.

The first combination in the video is an example of an allowed move.
Iguana – a move in which contact with the floor is lost for less than 5 seconds, after which the performer returns to a position where some part of the body is in contact with the floor.

A split that loses contact with the floor. The loss of contact with the floor lasts less than 5 seconds, after which contact with the floor is re-established. Such moves are allowed.

The entry fee amount is decided by the organizer of each country. The amounts are in the range
